Women's Philanthropy

Woman to Woman

Annually, Women’s Philanthropy outreach programs to bring women from all over our community together.

Campaign

Working with local, national and international agencies we are able to transform lives and deliver hope, dignity, and comfort to millions of people at home, in Israel and around the world. The money raised is used to help pay for services for the elderly, disabled, families in crisis and children in need, Jewish education, and programs to strengthen Jewish communities with dignity and comfort. Many women volunteer their time to call others in the Jewish community and ask them to donate to the Federation Community Campaign.  Women’s Philanthropy Campaign welcomes every gift – there is no gift too small to make a difference.

The Women's Campaign is comprised of these divisions:

  • Hatikvah -   $1 to $999
  • Menorah -  $1,000 to $1,799
  • Pomegranate -  $1800 to $4,999
  • Lion of Judah - $5,000 +

Campaign Endowment

Women can perpetuate their support of the community beyond their lifetime by establishing a campaign endowment. This ensures that whatever programs and services are needed as the community changes through the years, funding will be available through the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign. Endowments can be made in several ways including a bequest in one's will or through a life insurance policy. A Federation Legacy Gift can be left in any amount. A LOJE (Lion of Judah Endowment) perpetuates a Lion of Judah gift.

We invite you to join the hundreds of wonderful women involved in building a strong Jewish community through Women's Philanthropy.
